Self Inquiry
Despite the growing mental health crisis, I don’t believe there is anything wrong with us as beings. I believe there is something wrong with the way we are living.
Asking good questions is the foundation of this work. We will together look closely at your life to see how you are living. The discussion that follows each new question will help you gain perspective, something that is often difficult when you are stressed out in the crosshairs of difficult mental states.
We will examine the habits, tools, experiences, and therapeutic options that might be helpful given your unique life situation, personality, and goals. Meeting with me is like walking through a door that opens into a room with a hundred other doors you didn’t know existed. You can then choose what you want to engage and experiment with.
My deepest hope is that our dialogue and investigation of the available support will leave you feeling empowered. The ideas and possibilities will help you learn different ways to move in life, and within each new movement, there is hope.
