Stress Management

I offer services to increase employee awareness of what stress is from a physiological and emotional perspective, how important reducing stress is to our wellbeing and productivity, and how to effectively do this.  The support includes movement, breathing, mindfulness, somatic embodiment, communication skills, and other useful and actionable tools to help manage stress in the short and long term.  I can also help your management team develop a supportive culture and office environment to make it easier for your employees to practice the tools both inside and outside the office.

Burnout Prevention

I offer services to work with individuals or small groups of employees who are starting to struggle with the stress of their job or their broader mental health.  Together we can find ways to best support struggling employees before it’s too late.  Burnouts severely impair an employee’s life quality and are expensive and detrimental to the operational efficiency of the company.  It’s a clear win for all parties to avoid burnout situations whenever possible.

Burnout Recovery

I also offer services to work with employees who are already suffering from burnout.  We will work together as a team to help the employee first get back on their feet before safely reintegrating back into their role.  I lived through a brutal burnout in 2014 and am convinced that, if handled and framed properly by both the employee and company, the struggling employee can return stronger than before.  The lessons of burnout situations, if acknowledged and addressed, can lead to changes that will significantly reduce the likelihood of future burnouts.
